With nearly 1 million visitors each year, the Seattle Aquarium is the most popular cultural attraction on Seattle’s waterfront. Unfortunately, their outdated website were not able to serve their growing customer’s needs. Working together with the Seattle Aquarium team, our goal is to redesign their website what will house their information, mission, educational content, and convenient check out flow. With ‘Inspiring Conservation of Our Marine Environment’ as their mission, we want to ensure that this is reflected in different aspects of the site, whether it is through the content or the design itself. We also want to create a site that is flexible and sustainable in the long run by the Seattle Aquarium team as contents and articles will be added and information may be updated in the future.
