Overview

Expedia’s customer-facing emails were outdated and needed to be synced with their new clean design language. Their emails were also inconsistent and consisted of different templates that were out of sync with the brand. I worked with the team to create a better email experience for the users.

Templates were categorized and organized based on their functionality. Different modules were identified and created to be reusable in various scenarios. Our team built a unified system of templates and independent modules that could be used for various needs.

I led the visual design phase of the project and designed email templates that are built based on the building blocks of reusable modules. The design is made to be consistent with the new Expedia design style.
